This is a very nice product. I used this to replace my Commercial ASUS RT-AC68P router. I have a 75M Down and 3M up Broadband connection. With the ASUS, I was getting 40-50 down and 2.5 to 3M up. With this dandy device, I'm getting consistently 85M down and 5M up. The nice Commercial grade firewall is a bonus. This thing performs as an exceptional router and firewall in one device. The options I have available now are tremendous. I haven't scratched the surface yet with it. Thanks PFSENSE for a great product.

Simple to configure, power in features
I have always used PfSense but on PCs. It has never let me down as with my specific uses (captive portal and failover). PfSense works just the way you want it to work without much ado. I can simply tell it that please let User X go through link A, let user Y go thru link B, let User Z use all the links and so on. It just obeys and will do exactly that. I bought this appliance coz I needed more runtime from my improvised power backup and also liked the reset feature though I have not tested it. Kudos guys.

Solid hardware, great features.
Purchased for a small business environment intending to load balance 3 DSL lines into a single LAN port, and distribute that via VLANs. While configuring it the USB console port made it extremely straightforward to resolve a problem after I accidentally locked myself out of the LAN ports, combined with the automatic configuration saving/restoring, this device is extremely easy to work with. So far the hardware seems plenty fast for anything we'll be throwing at it, including the VPN that was very easy to set up. Of course, running pfSense, the device is super easy to configure and maintain, and I have no doubt that the hardware is going to be a perfect match!
